2024 Thee Abundance Mini Grant
I’m excited to announce the 2024 rendition of Thee Abundance Mini Grant presented by Zwift. This year, with the exception of one deferred mini grantee from 2023, we’ve decided to keep it local and focus on new riders in the midwest.
This year’s mini grant will provide entry fees, housing, on the ground transportation to and from races, food, and staff support. The only requirements are that you are a woman of color who is a beginner/novice racer in the midwest than can get yourself to Milwaukee. No racing experience necessary.
We are supporting our mini grantees for an introductory clinic hosted by the Tour of America’s dairlyand’s and led by me, on June 12, and the novice series at the Tour of America’s Dairylands from June 13th-17th.
You will need a bike, a helmet, and pedals with foot retention, and we will provide the rest.
If you are an interested woman of color, please complete the application by this Next Friday, May 31st. Grantees will be announced by Monday June 3rd.
