London WOC Cycling Meetup at Look Mum No Hands

I just wanted to make sure to broadcast the signal for this amazing event. I’m so stoked to see it coming to life! I can’t be there in person, but I’ve convinced the powers that be to stream me in via these internetz! I’m super stoked. You’re in a for a treat with anything involving Jools and Jenni! If you’re a woman of colour who rides bikes in London please attend and have a blast for me! I’m really excited to to see so many women have registered so far, some names I know and a lot of names I don’t know yet! Can’t wait to digitally meet all of you!

A casual gathering for women of colour who enjoy cycling.

After a couple discussions (with a certain Ayesha McGowan and Jools Walker) and a twitter convo (prompted by this Gal-Dem article: http://gal-dem.com/where-are-all-the-women-of-colour-at-cycling-events/), we thought it was high time to create a meet up. No goals, no structure, no KPI's, just a gathering of like-minded folks to see what's what.

Look Mum No Hands Monday 19 November 7pm - 9pm

Open to women and gender-variant people of colour. If you identify as queer, non-binary, femme, etc - we welcome you all!
