GA Bike Summit was a Blast, Camber Exchange up next!

Hey y’all!

Advocacy season is going great, thanks for asking! I’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to speak about the importance of representation in so many fantastic places this year! From Washington DC, to London, UK, to Portland, OR, to Athens, GA, it’s been amazing to see the wheels turning as folks give thought to the lack of representation of people of color in cycling, and what we can do about it!

Thanks so much to GA Bikes for bringing me out to Athens this past weekend. Since it was about 30 minutes from her house, I was able to bring my Grandma which was really cool. She called all my aunties, and my mom, and her friends. She was super proud!

This week, I’m headed back to Colorado Springs for the Camber Exchange hosted by SRAM. On Wednesday October 17th, I will be speaking along with Ashley Rankin, Founder of Shredly, about our paths to leadership and the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

If you’re in or around Colorado springs, registration is still open!

Btw! The dates for the Nosco Ladies Night have been announced and registration is open! All levels welcome, including (and especially) absolute beginners! Food will not be provided, although you’re encouraged to make reservations at Pedalers Fork for after the clinic at 7:30pm (trust me, you really want to do this). I’ll see you cool kids on November 1st!
