TBF VIRTUAL JOY RIDE

The Joy Ride will be held via Zwift at 1 PM EST on Saturday, November 26, 2022. This 60 minute ride, rated “E” for all fitness levels, will be led by Ayesha McGowan and can be accessed HERE.

We will also have a live chat on Discord so be sure to download the app and access The Black Foxes chat room before the ride.
