Moment of Reflection: Are you loving yourself and others in a way that helps you thrive? Dr. Mitchell will share practices to help you focus on self-love instead of neglecting it. In this workshop, you will learn the art of positive self-talk and CBT behavioral modification tools to help you value yourself and pursue what you love in an authentic way.
Dr. Chanel Mitchell is a creator of safe spaces, serving the greater St. Louis metro area for over twelve years. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and philosopher, she helps underserved communities heal and embrace their authentic selves through holistic practices. A cultivator of creating safety in the body, Dr. Mitchell walks alongside her clients to help them thrive to their full capacity. Her research on compassion fatigue plays a crucial role in supporting healers within the community. She is "Tsunami" an agent of change using the bike to increase inclusion and representation.
