2022: Thank you SRAM!

Thank you SRAM for powering our adventures for the past 6 years:

SRAM is our longest partner and we've accomplished quite a bit together, including supporting over 125 race days for women of color in 2022.

As a special thank you, we'd like to share part of Ayesha's original pitch to SRAM, and reflect on all the intention that has gone into this partnership since 2016.

My objectives beyond becoming a pro athlete:

Creating safe spaces for women of color to learn more about cycling both recreational and competitive.

Building a community of confident women of color through consistent meet and greets, group rides, and social media engagement.

Building bridges and alliances between [POC] and non-[POC] based riding clubs and organizations on both the national and local level.

Engaging with industry retailers and media outlets and encouraging them to increase POC representation in their branding and marketing.

Launching a development program for women of color who are interested in racing

Pretty rad to know we've already done so much of what we aimed to do. Thank you for taking a chance on a Black woman with a lot of big dreams. We look forward to tackling even more of this to do list with SRAM in the years to come!
