Working on new Habits

Testing the new Oakley Radar Pace Smart Glasses! So Cool!

I've always been fascinated with the idea of routines. As someone with ADHD, routines (and to-do lists) are my only saving grace from floating from one activity to the next with reckless abandon. As I'm preparing for next season, I'm trying to create positive habits that align with my goals.

1. So far I've nailed the "wake up and make breakfast" habit. Something I've often overlooked as unimportant, or sacrificed for more sleep than I needed.

Gluten & Dairy free for the win!

2. I'm working on the "get on the trainer ESPECIALLY if you don't feel like it" habit. It's not so bad if you can find a distracting show on Netflix, I also try and mix it up and use the rollers on occasion. It helps break up the monotony.

My Cannondale Caad12 is way more fun outdoors...

3. Also working on the "spend quality time with your family" habit.  We mostly Netflix and Chill, but we've been making a point of getting out of the house more, even if it's simply to go for a walk with the dog.

4. Lastly I'm really trying to improve my "write a blog post" habit. I'm gearing up for 25 days of blogmas, where I will attempt to write at least one blog a day for 25 days straight. I have been super slacking on the blogging lately, and I'd like to keep y'all better informed. I've been up to so much, and have shared very little. I promise to make it right!
